Creole Red Beans & Rice is a southern tradition.   Red kidney beans are slow cooked with spicy Cajun pork sausage, tomato, onion and green pepper and served with rice.

Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya

Rice based dish prepared with garlic, green pepper, onion, tomato & bite sized pieces of chicken & sausage, seasoned with authentic Cajun seasonings.  8-10 person serving  $65 larger quantities available.
